Bochner Chocolates: Cabling & multi-site Phone System

Bochner Chocolates is an Iowa City based company that sells fine chocolates at exclusive locations nationwide. When starting the company, founder Eric Bochner sought out and refined the most highly prized recipes, searched the world for the best possible ingredients, and dedicated himself to perfecting the most demanding techniques.

Bochner Chocolates became a customer of Integrated Technology Partners (ITP) in 2007. Bochner was looking for a communications system and after meeting with a few other companies, was extremely impressed by ITP’s sales staff, who they found to be very professional and knowledgeable about a wide variety of communication solutions.  

 Bochner was in the market for a new phone system that would meet their needs today and would also have the foundation to be able to expand and meet their needs in the future as the company grows. They also needed a system that was capable of providing a complete multi-site solution. ESI’s new Communications Server platform met these needs. ITP also recabled Bochner’s facility for voice and data.
